Digital Gradebook

All credit courses are required to use the grade book provided in eLearn.

Grades for all assignments must be posted in the eLearn grade book which will be accessible to students digitally. Chemeketa considers this an important element in student success.

The eLearn gradebook also provides a mechanism for college compliance in maintaining an official gradebook archive.

Grading Expectations for Faculty

  • Post your syllabus within each eLearn course

  • Post grades for all assignments in the digital grade book within a reasonable amount of time after submission throughout the term

  • Maintain students grades in alignment with college policies and guidelines such as FERPA

  • Assign Final Grades within the My Chemeketa website at the end of each term according to the college's established deadlines
